Notes:

-- Ah, I love setup! And it's neat exploring one-off characters and giving them a greater place in the narrative. And, yep, Catbar's a Rocket Brigade mutant. Creepy, right?

-- Giovanni may hold the Poke Ball, but Catbar clearly considers himself "in charge." Which is a typical cat mindset, really.

--  I loved collecting all the stills from the two manga-based Bill and Surge comics and putting them all together in a montage. The only one missing is the last one, which isn't contained in a panel and looks much less photograph-y. Besides, I couldn't fit it in the montage.

-- Heh, what else could I end this comic with? Expect Admiral Catbar to identify a LOT of traps in this comic. A LOT.
